for StraStan Solutions Corp.

This policy outlines StraStan Solutions’ practices regarding refunds and cancellations for our IT business solutions and digital marketing services.


  • Project-Based Services: For project-based services, cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual project agreement or contract. Typically, a notice period and possible cancellation fees will apply, depending on the stage of the project.
  • Subscription-Based Services: You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no pro-rated refunds for cancellations within a billing period.


  • Eligibility: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
    • Initial Consultation Fees: If you are dissatisfied with an initial consultation, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation to request a refund. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.
    • Project Deposits: Project deposits may be refundable depending on the stage of the project and as outlined in your project agreement.
    • Technical Difficulties: If you experience persistent technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund. Refund amounts will be determined based on the severity of the issues and the portion of the services affected.
  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at within 7 days of the event triggering the refund request. Please provide the following:
    • Your name and contact information
    • Description of the service(s) in question
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting documentation
  • Refund Processing: We will review your request and issue a decision within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.


We generally do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or partially delivered.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe a request is fraudulent or abusive.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent changes.
